During Augustus 2011 my phone got. I reported it to cellc who told me the phone was closed and gave me a number to report to police station. I have had this account with ceelc for many years which was set at R200 pwr month. Cellc allowed this account to run up to R19000. I refused to pay this and explained it to their lawyers, who in return called me back after 2 weeks and appologised for the inconvenience. Thennin January a cell c manager officially cancelled the contract. In june 2013 they then have a lawyers firm jm attorneys send me a threatening letter.
From January 2012, since this issue was resolbed with cell c lawyers I have never again received an invoice or statement from cellc, a year and a half later they send me a lawyers letter. Be very sure before making an agreement with ceel c customer care is not reliable.
