Definitely NOT the better connection

I'm on prepaid BIS which I pay R59 a month for its suppose to be unlimited and uncapped but for some reason I've now been blocked from streaming content and downloading files. I constantly get sms saying I have used 50% of my fair usage data but all I do is wait for files to download only after a few minutes I get a yellow message saying my BIS plan does not allow the content I should move to a lower plan like?? I've also purchased a 300MB data bundle specifically for downloading content to my phone but MTN the rip of that they are have capped me at 200MB and suspended my service..but according to the website if you have a data bundle and are using over the fair use cap it will come off that but no luck there... Waiting for prepaid airtym to run out and its HELLO VODACOM!!!
