Its been more than 3 years now my wife settled the matter with Cell C and they confirmed to have cancelled her contract and now we are faced with an element of Surprise - handing over her name to their Lawyers.
Thabiso Tsotetsi was very rude and impatient with me after I gave him all my details he asked and when it was my turn to request J.M Attorneys so that I can make payment, he just rushed me through it like passing a morning urine and he was rude and impatient, unprofessional and I warned him about his behaviour and I told him that I will report him to his superior and then he said to me I can go ahead and he is not threatened by me because he works for a Law firm. No one contacted my wife after Cell C terminated her contract until now when we received a letter from their attorneys dated 9 July 2013.
I am engaging both my lawyers and Consumer Board on this one, I cannot be treated like a by this two parties. I have a right to be treated with dignity and NO one will proudly tell me about my property and threatened to attach my property just for a lousy R 647.67 hence Cell C owes us money!!!
