My duty: inform all bout Autopage's pathetic servic

My wife is a customer at Autopage and if you go see her complaint under zana22 from yesterday you will see a detailed version of our incident. Apart from the broken phone that Autopage is failing to repair afer numerous attempts, the head office who doesnt know wats happening and the inconvenience being caused to us, Rodney the manager at Autopage Centurion blatantly to my wife. He told her he would be in store from 9 today and upon arrival the rest of the staff said that he was off. She came all the way from jhb, cut her own holiday short, put our toddler in misery, only to stand for nearly 45 mins without even being helped. A muti million company has only three people to assist. Furthermore she sent in a report to Hello Peter yesterday, two complaints to Autopage and no one is calling us back. However, they are still deducting out from our account. I will never deal with this pathetic company again and will constantly advise everyone I know about this incident and to never take out a contract or buy phones from any Autopage. WE ARE STILL WAITING TO BE ASSITED!!!
