I was said to send all my info and claim form to Given. He didn't process it. Well 4 days later Chris phones me. Given is on leave, he as Chris will handle the claim.
Well Well. Chris also didn't do it, thank you Chris.
Then I phoned again, got hold of a lady Named Nicole. Informed her about the problem and the claim.
She was persisted to hold the line while i`m sending all the info.
She did process the claim immediately. And woola results.
Maybe they should start working for performance bonus.
