I would like to express how utterly distgusted i am with Cell C. They quick to cell you a contract, but when they need to deliver they get rude and arrogant towards their customers. My LG Optimus L9 was given to me without a protective cover as it was out of stock which means my contract package was incomplete. After numerous visits and frustrations i eventually gave up on the cover. My phone is damaged now and the screen cracked and Cell C expects me to cover the repair costs of over a R1000. If i had my protective cover over my phone the impact would not have been so severe when it fell and I would still have my phone in my possession. I was referred to the Regional Manager Jacques who was even more rude and arrogant towards me. He told me Cell C will not pay and I can what I want too. He has no customer orientation skills and i don't know why he is in that position. He want to convince me that the protective cover is not part of the package when my sister took out the same phone at a different store and got her phone cover immediately. I still have 18 months to pay & considering cancelling my debit order at the bank until my phone is fixed. Will never recommend anyone to Cell C
