I have Samsung Tablet contract include with 2 other contract from MTN. About two months ago on 29 June I took my Tablet to MTN Morning Side to Repair. They collected it include with the charger and told me it takes two weeks to repair but they will send me SMS when it is ready.
for the past two months I drove more than 10 times between my work place and morning side to follow up my Tablet and every time there were some Issues like you need to make payment, payment is not reflecting etc.
Finally after all of these coming and going and talking to staff etc I have received my tablet yesterday on 26 but when i went to collect i found out that the charger is missing. Since I can't work with table with no charge and I was already too upset about the service, I payed R140 for new charger but when i got home and wanted to use my Tablet i realized that my SIM card is not in it. Anyway, I got back there today and they asked me to do a sim swap which costed me R130. Funny is after all of these costs my tablet data is still not working.
I don't know to whom I should complain but I hope people read this and be aware of what might happen to them.
