I contacted Nashua Mobile via their website on Friday, 29 November 2013 in order to terminate my data contract at the end of December 2013.
I received an emailed response from Lilanie on 30 November 2013 acknowledging receipt of my request, but enquiring whether anything could be done to retain me as a client. I replied via email on the same day stating that I had finalised my decision to terminate my contract with them.
On 2 December 2013 I received an email from Cesper Greenall stating that my support request had been closed.
Now, on 1 January 2014, Nashua Mobile has deducted another month's subscription despite the fact that the contract should have been terminated at the end of December 2013.
This is totally unacceptable and I await the refund of the amount deducted via debit order.
Yours faithfully,
Ian
