July 2012 I went to Nashua Mobile in Midrand to take out a contract, the consultant convinced me to take Cell C, because it's the best in my area, what nonsense. All I had was an IPAD3 with no internet signal. I phoned Nashua Mobile in June 2013 and spoke to a consultant on what I need to pay to terminate the contract since I couldn't stand Cell C any longer, the amount was R4560. In July I phoned in again just to make sure, a second consultant, Mr. Gerhard Soderland, ref 3001038387, gave me the same amount R4560. On 09.07.13 I went to Nashua to finally terminate my contract, got there and spoke to Casey Little, the most unprofessional human being I have EVER met, which also supported that I had to pay R4560, which I gladly did. Now after paying the money, and received my termination documents, ref 9148383, I get an email, that I need to pay a penalty of R1200 and no one explains to me why, just a blank email, I have been with Nashua for 7 years and will never recommend anyone there in my life.
