NO signal for 2 days

I already called your service centre 2 times, they said I will be called back, since yesterday I have no 3g coverage, I even took out the sim from the huawie e1820 datacard and put it in 3 different phones and still no 3g, now they want to tell me it is my setup, this is patheticI live in the blouberg area in cape town.
