5 months busy with my upgrade -!!!

I have gone to the Nelspruit branch to get my up grade done. I have completed the forms, pay the upgrade fee in March 2013. Since then I have been to my branch MANY times, the ladies try to help me BUT THE CALL center is not doing their job! They have approved my upgrade but the ladies at the branch cant do it on there system. I have now waited more than 5 months. I always have to phone them but they never come BACK TO ME!!! I do not know it they really want my business. And by the way my account is over paid, they own me money but they do not let me upgrade!! Please HELP!!!
