Still have bad signal with my 3G

Hi.

I moved from Boksburg to Edenvale September 2013. In Boksburg I had around 80% signal.

The coverage map in Edenvale says I've got full 3G coverage where I live but my 3G signal doesn't go above 25%. So my internet is super slow (sometimes I can't even load Google's home page). I opened a case number and a technician came out to test my 3G connection and said that there's definitely a signal problem in my area.

I still haven't heard anything back from 8ta/Telkom regarding my 3G. I do extra web design work from home and this is affecting me and I'm unable to do work.
