After getting an exhorbitant bill for psd data in May, i asked for a validation of this invoice. After waiting till the invoice closed etc, I put in the request. 6 weeks later mtn swears they have sent it, i NEVER received it. This has been escalated to numerous supervisors in call centre and billing dept... still no luck. I phone everyday, no progress. I have subsequently reversed my debit order (as MTN summarily took off the R7k i am disputing). I wish i could change providers, the service is atrocious.
