Repair/Reworked Laptop issued on a new Contract

I had to somehow find out after a year that my supposedly new laptop had been reworked/repaired. I submitted emails to the the branch with no response. I installed programs and for some odd reason this laptop never ran smoothly, I one day decided to inspect the laptop and noticed a few observations: The screen has a dead pixel, casing screws missing as well as other screws have been opened since the black end screws that where used are no longer Black but Silver and that is because they have been tampered with. The laptop in my possession is a HP G6. I will not deal with such supplier because for one there customer service stinks and secondly if I pay for something brand new, I expect it to be brand new. These people are quick to process our application to make money of these contracts but are not quick to respond to customer complaints. These stores are who they are today because of us. I find it hard to understand as to why they cannot resolve complaints with a matter of urgency. It is now a year later and no one from Nashua mobile has responded too my mails. I will continue to tell fellow friends & relatives to not support this particular store!!!
