Vodacom!!!
I have 5 sim cards that I am using for my business. I use the data from promotional bundles. When I buy airtime and it is allocated to my number. No problem here. When I transfer between bundles all breaks loose. Transfers happen but my number never receives the amount. Then I buy data bundles and the money is allocated but my bundle never updates. There are no transaction support or any place where I can see what the $#@$#$ is going on. This must be the most incompetent console I have ever seen.
Please contact me and explain to me where my money and bundles are going!!! I will keep logging these until I get an answer.
