When did the trouble start?

I can't understand this... ONE WHOLE MONTH AND STILL NO LINE. Not like i want it installed in a bush or anything- I just want a phone and internet in the middle of the CBD where lines already exist. Is this too much for BUSINESS to expect?
I've had to tell my customers to come back day after day because, get this... TELKOM TECHNICIANS FIRST FIXED THE WRONG BX, THEN WORKED ON THE CORRECT ONE BUT IT STILL DID NOT WORK. IT HAS BEEN FOUR TIMES NOW THAT I'VE BEEN GIVEN A DATE THAT MY ORDER WILL BE COMPLETED. If I hold my breathe for the next date they give me I will surely die. i have phoned the call centre 15 times in total, from home, neighbours shop, other neighbour's shop etc, etc. THEY SAY "WE ARE NOT SURE BUT THE MATTER IS WITH... IF I RESPOND SAYING I CANT ACCEPT THIS AND INSIST THAT I GET THE MANAGERS NO THEY GIVE ONE FOR THE PLACE THE ORDER WAS PROCESSED. I TRIED THAT AND E V E N T U A L L Y GOT THROUGH. The man there wanted to know why I was phoned him and said he would investigate and get back to me... STILL WAITING PAL... TELKOM YOUR SERVICE STINKS!!!
