Unfair Service From Telkom

On the 28th of January I applied for a transfer of a Telkom line. I received a reference number the same day. On the 4th of February I received a message stating that the infrastructure is not supported. I went back to the Telkom shop and queried why the infrastructure was not supported. I was told that the area was too new and that there were no lines, but there were 2 exchange boxes in front of our complex. I saw a Telkom technician working on the boxes and asked if the service in the area was working. He told me that there were three users in my complex. I then went back to Telkom and did another application providing the technicians details, and under the impression that it could be done. On the 8th of May i received another sms stating that my scheduled date for installation was 29-APR-2009 . I called 10210 and asking whether another date could be allocated as this date was way back. Now on the 19th of June i still don't have internet and the the Telkom order number i have is according to the Telkom Shop employees still beign processed on the networking side. I am fed up going back to Telkom every time and beign sent home with another story.
