Terrible Service Delivery

I'm an honours IT student who desperately needs internet. Two years ago I moved into a flat in Pretoria and ordered a line to be installed. Telkom told me the earliest date was in 2 months time. After waiting two months and taking the day off of University Telkom did not arrive, claiming they had phoned me and had had no answer, which is incorrect as I had taken the day off specifically, and had my phone on me at all times. Recently I have just relocated to another flat in the same complex and required the existing line to be moved to the new flat. Again I took the day off, drove through from Johannesburg to Pretoria (which takes time and Petrol Money) and waited from 7 in the morning until 6 at night. I phoned Telkom 7 times throughout the day and each time they told me the technicians were coming. After the 4 pm deadline they set for the technicians, I phoned again and inquired as to what happened and if I could talk to a supervisor. The phone was then put down on me. After phoning back I managed to talk to somebody who told me the order had been completed, which is impossible as Telkom had not been to the complex at all throughout the day. I now cannot reach anyone who will help.
