I ordered two tablets for my kids for Xmas pressies. When I opened it to charge and load games for them for Xmas, the one tablet was damaged. I immediately requested collection of the damaged tablet on-line and followed up with 2 telephone calls. I was advised that the tablet could not be replaced and that I must wait for the courier company to collect the tablet. I was also advised that once the courier company collected the tablet it would be sent in for repairs, which can take up to 14 working days. This was on 14 Dec. I requested an exchange but it was denied. i then requested them to refund me as I had to rush to buy another tablet before we left for our holiday. To date, my request shows "10%" complete.
