Shocking client service

I called in to customer care line, more like a customer scare line, spoke to a lady by the name of Trudy very rude and unhelpful.
Please take her off the phone lines if I have to speak to someone like her, I'll rather move my business to a competitor.
I have been with Vodacom for many years and this was by far the most unpleasant experience I had ever encountered, very disappointed.
