I have a major problem with the CellC network at my place of work, where I spend 8 hours of each working day. More often than not, I do not have any signal, if any at all for most of the day. I've complained and I was eventually told to complete a Network Feedback document and send to [Email Removed] and was told that I would receive some sort of response within 7 days. It's now 2.5 weeks, and still no response.
My contract with CellC is of no use to me, seeing that I am unable to make and receive calls due to no reception. What is the point of owning an awesome device if you can't use it. I cannot use WhatsApp or any other Application that requires Internet connectivity, due to no service.
Please assist urgently, otherwise, I will need to cancel the contract and run to the competitors.
