Frustrated Nashua Mobile

I have been a corporate customer of Nashua mobile for over 5 years. I recently signed a new Cell C contract in February. The supervisor together with the sales consultant first arranged for me to collect my device from Vodaworld as the HQ did not have any Samsung note II in stock, so I took a drive there. I had to go back to HQ to collect my sim cards, I was then told the 24 gig sim was not available and will be delivered later. This was on the 14th of February when I came to cancel because I have been waiting for so long.

To date almost a month later I have not received my data sim card but I am expected to pay full subscription by month end. I have been to Midrand offices numerous times to no avail.

Please assist as I'm now regretting why i did not insist on withdrawing my application and go to Cell C directly, secondly I had just found that I am being charged more for exact same package called straight 800 . I am being charged R1999.00 by Nashua while Cell C directly charges R899.00 for a device contract.
