I have had an account with Cell-C. My phone was and I stopped using the number. I have made an arrangement with Cell-C to pay of R150.00 per month. I could not pay more, as I was without employment. I have paid R150.00 every month without fail for the past one and a half year now. All of a sudden I get this sms last week from a company called Pholosa. Now I am handed over to ITC! Nobody has tried to contact me in the past year, even though they have my contact details from Cell-C. I have tried to resolve this matter with Cell-C's legal department, but I will get more assistance at a chreche than from them!
