Illed my account for someone else

I phoned Mtn I'm March to change my banking details from Fnb to Capitec and in March a debit order of R996 went off and didn't notice it, last month I got a debit of R2560 and called Mtn to find out what was is for and I was told its for Brilliant Nonca who I don't even know. I went to Capitec to reverse debit order only to find out that the same R996 that was debited in May was also for Brilliant Nonca as the reference are the same. I can't pay for my child's creche, transport and his things because of Mtn, I can't assist my mom with finance because of Mtn. The worst part is that I'm being told that I owe them R1800 for what I don't know. Mtn is debiting my account for someone else's contract and yet mine is not debiting and no one bothered to call and ask me why haven't I been paying my account. Can someone from Mtn refund me my cash so I can do my stuff please!!!
