MTN delivery VERY poo

Hallo Peter,

I took up a package with MTN (Kathu Village Mall) on the 28th of June 2013 for a 5GB data package (incl. WiFi router), also included was a Samsung 30" SMART led 3D TV . My first problem was that it took the branch 2 weeks to get me a WiFi router. Only once they receive the router, they can log a request for the TV, which they said will take a maximum of 2 weeks for delivery. It is now nearly a month after the branch in Kathu logged a request for the TV, and the courier company still don't have the tracking number, which means MTN still hasn't even dispatched the TV. The lady working at the MTN store in Kathu Village Mall is not allowed to give me the contact details for MTN dispatch, which means I cant do anything. The contact details for the MTN branch in Kathu is 053 723 1118 (Adele).
