I took my phone (Samsung S3) for repairs on the 12-08-2013 as the screen is broken at MTN Kathu branch in the northern cape. My frustration are I was promised to be called by a technician as soon as they receive the phone for quotation, Until I went back to the branch on Friday the 16th in the morning to check if there is any progress on the matter and I was promised that follow up will be made and I went back the following day only to be told that the sales consultant who help me was weekend off only coming back on the 19-08-2013. most definitely the lady who helped me by the name of Lizzy called me on the 19-08-13 to tell me that my phone was put aside to be courier back to the store and is not repaired what shocked me was I never receive any call from any technician and they claiming that they called and even left voice mail message which for I don't know about. Now I was told my phone will only be in the store by Wednesday (21-08-13) and that's when it will be curried back for repair. MTN really need to do something about this as it has really inconvenience me so much. And if it comes to push they need find a better company for repairs as the one they using is so not reliable
