Incorrect contract

Good day,

Please can you assist in resolving this unsolved matter I have with MTN.

In December 2012 I went in to the MTN Kathu village mall store to apply for a 500meg Samsung tablet deal.
There was a misunderstanding and a top up Cell Phone contract was signed instead of a Samsung tablet deal,

I have went in to the store numerous times aswell to cancel and also phoning the MTN call center (who in fact are useless) but still the matter has not been resolved.
Now I'm paying for a product I have never even received or wanted in the first place. I have never taken receipt of the phone since I did not want it.

MTN's incompetence in resolving this matter is highly unappreciated.

Please assist in canceling this contract and all monies be credited back to my account.
