Hi there. I would like to know why my contract has been suspended and my SIM card has been locked even though we signed a debit order for this contract which goes off from our bank account every month. I can't make calls, sms, whatzapp, use internet and i have two small children so a WORKING phone is very important!!
Autopage call centre can't answer my questions and just say the phone is active on their side. This is not an answer!! My phone has been "suspended" since Thursday. I have taken out the SIM, re-inserted, switched off the phone and everything else I've been told to do, but still it's not working.
