Suspended contract

I took out a new contract, not aware that I only have a prorata amount, so I exceeded it. My contract was suspended. I phoned to find out what happened (hopped from one call line to the other because people could not help me), they said that it was an open contract after the 200 min have been used up, this was not explained to me, if I knew this, I would not have taken the contract, I want a top-up. I asked them to un-suspend my phone 2 days ago, they said they would. They also said all should be good on the 1st when I get te new min. My phone is still suspended and I am fed up. If I could I would stop the contract and never use autopage again.
