All I need is my voicemail to be activated, I called to your call center 4 Aug at 15h00, I spoke to Mbabe who then transferred me to Mpho (apparently in your technical call centre) I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT CELL C SUCH A POOR LEVEL OF SERVICE!! THAT I PAY FOR EVERY MONTH!! MPHO KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR 14 MINS AND THEN CUT ME OFF AFTER ME REQUESTING TO SPEAK TO A TEAM LEADER! he has the nerve to tell me that a team leader cannot take my call! what type of an organisation are you people running here!!! I would like to speak to your customer care director.
