Pathetic Service from Vodacom

The service im receiving from Vodacom is pathetic!

Yet again i have received another notification from Vodacom to say that they will be debitting my account.
I called the subscriber collections, having to repeat myself yet again. The agent, Tshepi, had me on hold for 5 minutes after making repeating my query and reluctantly allowing me to speak to her manager. On speaking to her manager, Meshack Legotsa, he did not seem to understand the question!!! he refused to let me speak to his manager and advised that Naadia Murphy was his line manager, however when i spoke to Naadia previouslyshe advised that she was a team leader. Is this the kind of deteriorating service Vodacom is now allowing to her customers. If the continues, i will like to cancel my contract and i will NOT pay anything towards the contracts. Vodacoms customer service is very disappointing!!!
