My daughter lost her cell phone in december 2012. On the 17th February I got a new sim card for her. She has a Top Up 135 contract which credits her account with approx R135-00 at the begining of each month. when checking her balance today she discovered there was R176 on her account. (should have been R270-00) R100 .
I phone Vodacom call centre to find out why. The recording told me that my account is in arrears which is untrue. I asked Brenda why she said my account is in arrears at which point she said to me that she had not said so. i angrily pointed out to her that she is the vodacom representative a she is supposed to give me answers. Brenda the said that she refuses to speak to me and put the phone down.
I phones back and Luyiso answered. I explained what had happened and asked to speak to a supervisor. Lyuiso refused to put me through to a supervisor and said that they first have to investigate the matter.
He then suggested we address the first complaint and once again demanded answers to "security" questions. After giving him my details he also refused to help me. He said that my details were incorrect.
