We always receive all other statements on time rates and taxes; electrical from Tshwane; mtn and Vodacom
however its evident we always pay our accounts as and when we receive them
Telkom has a problem with posting account statements that are due from clients and they are quick to charge interest.
we have enlightened and called the centre several times to no avail
would like to enlighten you we have received the following statements late:

please post statements/tax invoices on time so we could receive on time.
we also checked with post office and were told Telkom dispatch to the post office hence clients received late
