I've been having a huge problem with my CellC network coverage. I've been emailing and calling their customer service on several occasions and still experiencing the same problem. I told them that I'm unable to make calls, recieve calls, send sms or bbs and I'm even unable to make emergency calls witch is quite pathetic. They returned my call just once but I was unavailable but I also gave them a landline number to reach me on if they couldn't get hold of me on my cell. I've been calling these incompetant people since last week and nothing has changed, still the same poor service. I'm highly because every month my account gets paid without fail but this is the pathetric service that you receive. I would gladly appreciate your feedback.
