MTN Centuion took my phone in for repair. 2 weeks later they tell us to wait longer although they had received the phone back from the HVRC. Turns out they have 'lost' it. My complaint was met with terrible service. The manager does not even want to come out of the backroom to talk to me. All the good work from the HVRC gets wrecked at the store. Wake up MTN and send someone to your Centurion store. i have 3 accounts with MTN for longer than 19 years. Hello Vodacom.
