Hi people I'm mr Y Rangappa cell number 0833 941 741 on the 1st jan 2013 my E6 Nokia was booked in at gatemax store for was heating up and applications freezing. On 23rd jan 2013 received a call from gatemax to pick my phone up, came from repairs. Couldn't make on 23rd to pick up phone due to work. On the 25th took unpaid leave to go pick phone up. Received my handset from consultant name Wanye noticed the side volume key not working, Wanye did the second booking, phone went back to HVRC DEPARTMENT Durban, got a call from Rahima, told key pad buttons new and was tight therefore didn't work and I received phone back 30 jan 2013 . I rebooked the phone back on the 9th of feb 2013, this is my 3rd booking for the same phone, now the phone freezes and the battery doesn't last. Phoned delivered to me 13th feb 2013at 17:30 afternoon. On the 3rd of March 2013 whole bottom keypad buttons refuse to work, phoned HVRC DEP. spoke to Shaice, she wants the phone to be back in for an assessment, I requested that they pick the phone up due to this undue cost to me with public transport and having to take unpaired leave. She resfuesd, spoke to Neville moodley on 808, no reply yet.
