Upgraded router 13 May 2013 with promotional Samsung TV. To date TV has not arrived. Get no response from management other than out of stock. Told by Yaseen Arend to log complaint on HP if I wanted a response. Unbelievably poor service from Century City branch with no one taking responsibility or sorting the problem. Been waiting 12 WEEKS. Does not encourage me to upgrade my other contracts or initiate new ones.
