Why should i pay for somthing i dont have

I did an upgrade on my contract were i took the 40inch tv with the router! That's when ail my problems started it took them 2weeks to activate it after calling n visiting the store quite a few times finally that got sorted out i thought just 1 week more to get the tv but still I'm waiting its nw gone almost 2 month and still they tell me i have to wait, first they had no stock then they tell me it was delivered to the wrong place again they tell me they got no stock and don't know when it will be delivered. Y should i be paying R480 for a router with 2gig data i think its unfair cause I'm paying for something i don't have! If i wanted a router i would have taken it for R160 a month why should i pay the R320 more? And when i asked about it, ur response was the tv is a free-b if it is so why am i paying R480 the 2gig data I'm getting only cost R160 so in fact i am paying for the tv! Till today i have not recived a call from mtn to explain what is goin on every time i phone they say they will phone and let me know whats happening but no one has done so has yet so, i think its unfare that i should be paying the full amount when i dont have the tv hope to get a reply soon.
