Upgrade of 8ta contract

In Nov '12 I called to enquire about my upgrade was told I could do it from 1st Dec around the 10th Dec went to telkom as I did not want a phone I want an tablet they did not have stock said the end of Dec I went in at beginning of Jan no stock I went to the 8ta store they have what I wanted. So I filled in all the forms took bank statements pay slips did not have to do this before for other providers anyway the sale wont go through on the computer in the store something is greyed out after lots of fighting asking what the problem is they say no problem I have been told that it is already completed by four people I have my tablet!!! NO I DON'T!!! up to this point the 7th of Feb'13 no joy have spoken to at least 20 people who were going to sort this out the lady at the 8ta store has done her best and looks to me she is also getting the run around. Plus yesterday I was told that the same contract I want will be R200 a month more its 8ta that has delayed. I;' FURIOUS THIS IS CRAZY THESE PEOPLE DON'T HAVE A CLUE!!! EVERYONE HAS A DIFFERENT STORY AND THEY ARE ALL TELLING ME RUBBISH ALL THE TIME. I'M SO DONE WITH THIS SERVICE SHOCKING. NO MANAGERS TO TALK TO SO BAD!!
