This is my first and last experience with MTN, absolutely poor, unprofessional and terrible serivce, MTN comes to my company all the time offering deals and good service so i decided to take a contract with them, i sent my application on Friday morning, and around midday advised my payslip was outstanding, i resent my payslip and asked Carmel for feedback, no reply but a read receipt, i called and was advised she was un available, sent another email got a read receipt but no response, i come to work on monday and still no response, i sent an email and copied Shaun Nair and the kzn business suit, got read receipts and still no answer, .
Around midday monday `shaun replies and advises carmel to please assist urgently, i am still not advised of timeframe, she does not respond after a few emails, still no answer, she only replies this mrning apologising that she was busy and she will have an answer for me this afternoon, guess what I STILL DO NOT HAVE ANSWER!
I have no advised all my colleagues of the terible service with MTN and will continue to foward my emails to every one and advertise the bad service of MTN
I have dealt with NASHUA MOBILE and VODACOM and have never had this problem
