I have handed in a faulty model blackberry numerous times stating that it has a hardware/software issue. handed the phone in to repairs AGAIN on Tuesday only to recieve it back today BROKEN AGAIN.
i have paid for a contract since Nov 2012 and the product has not been operation once in that time span.
i want the contract refunded or the model replaced
i have loaned a friends phone for business but i need to return it soonest
