I wrote this report on 27 June :
" In February 2011, I port from Autopage (Cell C) to Vodacom after my contract expired. I phoned the local Autopage dealer in Potchefstroom and told them I want to port to Vodacom, and that my sister want to keep my existing number from Cell C. After we filled out the forms Autopage released my number and I took out a contract with Vodacom with my existing Cell C number.
Everything was fine until a week ago when a lady from a law firm phoned me and told me i must pay an amount of more than R 4000 . This is the first time in more than two years that anyone informed me that I have a outstanding amount, although my address and cell number are still the same. No invoice, no statement, no calls in more than two years?? "
Last week Autopage contacted me and informed me that everything was sorted, today Chamonay September emailed me from Nimble Collection Services demanding money, what now??
