The security staff working at the main entrance to Grand West Casino would not allow my 10 year old daughter to carry a birthday present in for a friend at 09h00 this morning.
Her birthday present was scanned & then I was informed that she could not enter with the present. I informed the security that we would have to leave then. Which we did & exited the car park at 09h30 after paying R10-00 for parking.
The mother of the birthday child should have informed us about not entering with a birthday present.
I have vowed never to set foot at Grand West again for work or pleasure.
