TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM EXCLUSIVE BOOKS!

I placed an order online for a book on 10 June 2013. I called the "track your order" number a few days later to find out the expected date of delivery. I was told that it was 26 June 2013. I proceeded to call every week thereafter to make sure that the book was still on track as the book was a birthday present. On the afternoon of 26 June I called again as the book had not yet been delivered to me. I spoke to a lady named Sharon who said that she would call the warehouse and revert back to me. She NEVER called me back, which I believe is completely unacceptable as it shows that she has no respect for me or for my time. So on 27 June I call yet again and I speak to another lady named Hommie. She advises that she will contact the warehouse and revert back to me. She calls back a few hours later and says that my book is being held at customs and she "does not know when I will receive my book". Seriously!?! If the staff of Exclusive Books does not know when I will receive my order then who does? I paid TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND EIGHTY SIX RAND for this book for a birthday present for a person whose birthday has now already passed! PATHETIC!
