Without going into lots of details I had a problem when I upgraded to a Samsung Tablet with Nashua and was given incorrect information, which meant that the tablet had to go in for repairs even before I could use it. I was also gven bad service at the Nashua Centurion branch. Chris took up my query and followed it through right until the end, with a very good manner and efficiency.
