COMPLAINT TO THE MANAGER OF NASHUA MOBILE

AFTERNOON...
I WANT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT TO THE HEAD OFFICES OF NASHUA MOBILE. ONE OF THEIR CONSULTANT BY THE NAME OF SIHLE MBAMBO WHOM I HEARD RESIGNED WHEN I CALLED TODAY TO QUIERY ABOUT MY PHONE. SIHLE WAS HELPING ME WITH MY UPGRADE PACKAGE WHICH CONSISTED OF A SAMSUNG MINNI S3 AND A TABLET. WE STARTED COMMUNICATING FROM 05/11/2013 AT 09:37 WHERE HE SENT ME THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE UPGRADE. EVERYTHING WAS COOL BANANAS ON THE 07/11/2013 AT 12;33 I SENT HIM AN EMAIL TELLING HIM THAT I RECEIVED ONLY A SAMSUNG MINNI S3 WITHOUT THE TABLET. I DID'NT TAKE THE PHONE BECAUSE I FELT LIKE I DID'NT THE PACKAGE AND HE SAID I SHOULD HAVE SIGNED FOR THE MINNI S3 AS THE TABLET WAS ON ITS WAY. HE TOLD ME THAT MY MINNI S3 WILL THEN BE DELIVERED ON MONDAY 11/11/2013. IT CAME WITH THE RTT COURIER SERVICES AND I EVEN ASKED THE GUYS WHO DELIVERED IT THAT I'M SHORT WITH THE OTHER PHONE. THEY SAID I WILL RECEIVE IT LATEST WEDNESDAY. THE THING THAT ME OFF IS THAT NO PERSON IS CONTACTING WITH ME. I'M THE ONE WHO'S CALLING THEM ASKING THEM WHEN AM I GETTING MY PHONE THEN TODAY I HEAR THAT HE RESIGNED I MEAN REALLY NOW WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE...
