Miway, you'll shoule promote Chris to a Trainer Manager & let this chap teach your other employees about good values and customer service because your other staff have attitude and are a bit incompetent, like the assessor who couldnt bend on his knees to look under the vehicle and the lady who handled my claim was so dull & not assuring whom i havnt herd from since because Chris sorts out everything.
