Finally someone who could assist

I applied for a new contract on Thursday at the Northgate store and was told someone would get back to me latest Tuesday morning. (due to all the public holidays) I contact the store only to be messed about, telling me they don't have copies of my id, etc. But they made copies while i was there. Makes no sense. My husband had cancelled his data contract and changed his mind, so wanted to cancel the termination and apply for an upgrade. What a complete nightmare.

I phoned Head Office call centre a little while ago and was assisted by Chris Coetzee. All i can say is that if it weren't for Chris, i would have probably cancelled all of our contracts we have with Nashua Mobile. He went above and beyond to assist me and sort out the data contract. Now lets see if the credit vetting department can move just a wee bit faster and either approve or decline my application for a new contract. My faith is somewhat restored in Nashua Mobile's customer service thanks to Chris and hopefully his efficiency and friendly manner will rub off on his colleagues.
