Vodacom worst service eve

I am a daughter very concerned about the fact that parents are paying for a service, with their very small limited pension, that they dont receive. Why the heck have a dongel from Vodacom, pay with a debit order every month for 2 years, raise a complaint about not receiving signal just to be told they cannot help because their tech guy tested the signal and all is well. My, this poor people pay for something they dont receive, the stupid system at Vodacom has failed their customer and frankly I feel that this company is the worst to do business with. My parents do not receive 5 megabites of internet in total montely due to the fact that this dongel rubbish shows it is online but due to bad signal where my parents live they just cannot get the internet on their computer. Where has this country gone to that a company as big as Vodacom, ONCE the leader in telecommunication on the continent, cannot help two senior citizens and get them out of this contract, that by the way they where cornered into signing, 24 freaking months, not 12, 2 years commitment. I hope Vodacom step up and help this wonderful two old people
