Much like other reports I have been reading, the staff at this store NEVER call you back and give feedback. I have called there 4 times today alone to be told - unavailable - will call you back - and today is not the first time.
then when I ask to speak to the store owner and or get his (Andre) number, I am told they cannot give that information out. Does this guy even know what is happening in his store or care???
The manager - Gratitude - doesn't even get to you. How does one escalate a matter when no-one will COMMUNICATE with you!!!
